- Evaluation and Quotation: The customer service representative will provide the repurchase amount based on the product's state condition within 1-3 working days (usually 10% - 70% of the original price, and the specific amount is subject to the actual evaluation).
- Confirmation and Handling: You can choose to accept the quotation and send the product (you need to bear the freight by yourself) or give up the repurchase. After the product arrives and is inspected and confirmed by us, we will complete the refund according to the quotation within 3 - 5 working days.
