Routine Maintenance and Upkeep

  • Due to the specific characteristics of the knob components, we recommend installing a wall bumper or door stopper to prevent the knob from striking the wall—and potentially cracking or sustaining other damage—when opening or closing the door.
  • When gripping the knob, please avoid holding sharp objects—such as rings with intricate ornamentation, keys, or similar items. Failure to do so may result in scratches to the knob components (particularly those made of resin; although the spherical surface has undergone a hardening treatment, we cannot provide an absolute guarantee against damage).

  •  Should the knob become marked by perspiration, dust, or similar residue, gently wipe it clean using a soft cloth dampened with plain water.
  • ⚠If the knob requires replacement, please remove it from its base immediately. Furthermore, remove the button cell battery and store it securely in a location inaccessible to children to prevent accidental ingestion.
