Due to the specific characteristics of the knob components, we recommend installing a wall bumper or door stopper to prevent the knob from striking the wall—and potentially cracking or sustaining other damage—when opening or closing the door.
When gripping the knob, please avoid holding sharp objects—such as rings with intricate ornamentation, keys, or similar items. Failure to do so may result in scratches to the knob components (particularly those made of resin; although the spherical surface has undergone a hardening treatment, we cannot provide an absolute guarantee against damage).
Should the knob become marked by perspiration, dust, or similar residue, gently wipe it clean using a soft cloth dampened with plain water.

Evaluation and Quotation: The customer service representative will provide the repurchase amount based on the product's state condition within 1-3 working days (usually 10% - 70% of the original price, and the specific amount is subject to the actual evaluation).
Confirmation and Handling: You can choose to accept the quotation and send the product (you need to bear the freight by yourself) or give up the repurchase. After the product arrives and is inspected and confirmed by us, we will complete the refund according to the quotation within 3 - 5 working days.
