The SunKnob Repurchase or Recycling will provide you with a flexible solution. As a supplementary service beyond our regular services, it enables every product to give full play to its residual value and completely free your consumption from worries.
Under What Circumstances Can You Apply for Repurchase or Recycling?
- Products returned beyond the applicable return window (e.g., products returned more than 14 days after receipt due to quality issues, or more than 30 days after receipt under other circumstances);
- Products that are in an idle state;
Returned items exhibiting minor signs of use, incomplete packaging, or missing accessories (thereby failing to meet the requirement of being "unused and in original condition"); - Packages returned directly without an accompanying RMA number;
- Products sustaining minor damage during transit due to improper return packaging or shipping methods;
- Products requiring replacement after a period of prolonged use;
- Idle or discarded waste materials;
- Other circumstances qualifying for buyback or reuse programs.

Recycled Product Processing
Unused products or damaged packaging：will be repackaged and resold after we inspect and verify that they are.

Repurchase or Recycling: Easily Completed in 3 Steps
- Submit Application: Provide the order number, product information, and photos of the current state of the product (such as signs of use, packaging status, etc.) through the customer service email (sunknob@gmail.com) or the online chat system.
- Evaluation and Quotation: The customer service representative will provide the repurchase amount based on the product's state condition within 1-3 working days (usually 10% - 70% of the original price, and the specific amount is subject to the actual evaluation).
- Confirmation and Handling: You can choose to accept the quotation and send the product (you need to bear the freight by yourself) or give up the repurchase. After the product arrives and is inspected and confirmed by us, we will complete the refund according to the quotation within 3 - 5 working days.
