Routine Maintenance and Upkeep

Due to the specific characteristics of the knob components, we recommend installing a wall bumper or door stopper to prevent the knob from striking the wall—and potentially cracking or sustaining other damage—when opening or closing the door.
When gripping the knob, please avoid holding sharp objects—such as rings with intricate ornamentation, keys, or similar items. Failure to do so may result in scratches to the knob components (particularly those made of resin; although the spherical surface has undergone a hardening treatment, we cannot provide an absolute guarantee against damage).
Should the knob become marked by perspiration, dust, or similar residue, gently wipe it clean using a soft cloth dampened with plain water.
⚠If the knob requires replacement, please remove it from its base immediately. Furthermore, remove the button cell battery and store it securely in a location inaccessible to children to prevent accidental ingestion.

Under What Circumstances Can You Apply for Repurchase or Recycling?

Products returned beyond the applicable return window (e.g., products returned more than 14 days after receipt due to quality issues, or more than 30 days after receipt under other circumstances);
Products that are in an idle state;
Returned items exhibiting minor signs of use, incomplete packaging, or missing accessories (thereby failing to meet the requirement of being "unused and in original condition");
Packages returned directly without an accompanying RMA number;
Products sustaining minor damage during transit due to improper return packaging or shipping methods;

Evaluation and Quotation: The customer service representative will provide the repurchase amount based on the product's state condition within 1-3 working days (usually 10% - 70% of the original price, and the specific amount is subject to the actual evaluation).
Confirmation and Handling: You can choose to accept the quotation and send the product (you need to bear the freight by yourself) or give up the repurchase. After the product arrives and is inspected and confirmed by us, we will complete the refund according to the quotation within 3 - 5 working days.
